11/23/11 ~ from Jim Brice ~ I can't remember whether I thanked you or not. I want you to know how much I appreciated all the effort you put into the class reunion this year. You did an outstanding job and I appreciated all you did to make it possible plus the booklet you sent me. It was really interesting to see what everyone has done with their lives since graduating from high school. Thanks again Sharon.

From Sharyn Jordan ~ “Thank you so much for sending me the class booklet. I really wanted to attend but my Sciatica is causing lots of discomfort and I can’t sit for very long. I do plan to attend the next one though. I have finished my college classes I was taking and what a wonderful experience it was. I graduated with honors and a gpa of 3.72. Missed graduating with highest honors by just a very short margin (must have 3.75 or above) but after all these years, I was quite pleased. I look forward to receiving the booklet and also seeing you at our next reunion. Thank you again. God bless.”

From Dale Moore ~ 9/1/11 ~ Will be so happy to get the booklet anytime! Hope you have the most wonderful trip! No baby yet... tho` had one good scare.. all is going well now. From Jacki Vallentine ~ 9/1/11 ~ It sounds like a roaring success!! I wouldn't expect less with all the work you and the committee put into it. Sharon, your dedication to this is incredible and much appreciated. I hope to be around to attend the 55th. My youngest grandson will only be 13, so no Vegas trip planned.

From Gary Ehrlich ~ 9/1/11 ~ Thank you for all your hard work organizing the re-union with all those classmates who made it happen. Please pass on my thanks to all of them who worked so hard to make it a great success. I must say, I was amazed that so many people remembered who I was. It was a special feeling to share memories that went back so far with all my former classmates. Initially I was not sure that I should go because I didn't know if I would remember people, or they would remember me, but once I started visiting with everyone it became more fun. The 55th re-union will be even better for me...now I have some fresh memories to think about for the next five years.

Thank you from Roger Brooks to Committee ~ 8/31/11 ~ I would like to thank every member of the committee for a most successful reunion. From the time Mary and I arrived until we departed Sunday Morning we had an absolutely fantastic time. The time spent with old classmates brought back great memories. The work that the committee put into the planed activities was great. I cannot even imagine time and energy you put into it. THANKS AGAIN FOR THE BEST REUNION I EVER ATTENDED.

8/26/11 from Penny Wright ~ Sharon -- What an awesome job you did communicating with all of us the past year. But you really outdid yourself in the preparation of the Class of 1961 booklet!!!! It has been great fun reading about all of our classmates. Even my sister-in-law who drove to the reunion with me said that the booklet was very interesting reading -- and she didn't know any members of the class except me. The Alliance High Class of 1961 is VERY fortunate to have you as our class secretary!!! Many thanks for doing such a great job!

8/23/11 from Glenda Harvey ~ The only thing lacking was enough time to visit with everyone and of course the sadness of saying goodbye. Roger cried when I hugged him goodbye so that broke my heart. Glad they voted for a 55th becuz' we never know how many of us will be around even at 5 more years let alone 10 more. It was all just perfect and you got the attendance there and the committee did great on the festivities. I posted a kudos to Newberrys on my facebook.
