Next committee meeting will be July 19th at 6:00 pm at the Secret Coffee House ~ all classmates are welcome.
The May 3rd meeting went well. Dean Myers came to the meeting. He said he would get the form filled out and sent to Sharon. He also paid for registration.
Cheryl took copies of the reunion booklet questionnaire for everyone on the committee who hadn't filled one out.
Committee members will contact classmates living in Alliance to get reunion booklet questionnaire filled out.

Committee liked the booklet - didn't think it necessary to put "not in "61 yearbook". Committee decided that if person didn't graduate and doesn't send info in - that classmate should be taken out of the booklet.
Sharon gets to decide how many to print and how much to charge (booklet plus postage). Plans for printing and binding are fine. Booklet will be printed on one side of paper (no color printing), bound with a clear plastic cover, black binder comb, and black plastic back.
Deadline for reunion booklet information and paying for a reservation to the reunion are July 15.
Added to Friday evening schedule of events:
Hor d'oeuvres will be provided by committee members but anyone is welcome to bring finger food.
Evening meal meat will be shredded beef and chicken thighs and breasts. We'll have cinnamon rolls and fruit for breakfast and Newberry's will serve croissant sandwiches at noon.
Rosa Lee will let Sharon know about menu for Sunday to be added to the blog
